Team building with Room 21

Today we worked with Room 21. We were looking at team building and classroom relationships, and what it takes to work effectively with others

We started by brainstorming possible 'obstacles'  that we might come across when we are working together things like: not listening, being unkind, being disrespectful and judging people before you get to know them.

We set up the room so there was furniture spread everywhere. Then we had to guide our partners ( blindfolded ) around the obstacles.
It was a fun team building exercise which helped build trust and listening skills, and  get to know our peers better so that we can work together successfully in the future.
