Insults.

Today as part of our health inquiry we explored name calling and Insults.
An insult or when someone calls someone else a hurtful word or term can be harmful in a variety of ways.
We looked the types of words, comments and remakes people use to insult someone and how it affects an individual.

After considering what types of insults there are, we went on to discuss which type of insults groups deemed to be the most hurtful and why.

Inquiry skills which included:
  • Synthesising ideas
  • Catagorising
  • Classifying
  • Justifying Opinions and ideas
  • Responding appropriately.

  1. I think that all insults are bad. It depends on what person it is and they might find other insults worse than others. Everyone has weaknesses and everyone is different. To really insult someone people find something they care about and use it against them.
