Mr McKegg

We are really lucky to have Mr McKegg join us in Room 20. He is a student teacher who will be with us for 7 weeks. He has got to know the class extremely quickly and is enjoying Room 20 and the amazing students.

Mindlab

Creating a Makerspace and makers culture. As students are introduced to new tools and skills, technology is available to continue to provide motivational learning experiences. We are working with Mindlab in Petone to give students exciting opportunities. Where they are developing skills to bring back to the classroom. Experiences include, robotics, coding using scratch, stop motion filming and creating music with the MakeyMakey -circuit board that enables you to wire up a range of objects then programme a response.
